Great coffee (so far best I have had in the Philippines - compares very well to Australian coffee) and very tasty Lemon pie - the lemon wasn’t quite as tart as I like my lemon pies to be but it was still delicious

My first travel to sagada was awesome! I tried their local delicacy, the ETAG. Here at Sagada Taste restaurant I ordered Pork Etag Soup with Beans. All I can say is it taste perfectly! A must try on their menu!

We were looking for lemon pie around the area and luckily they are still open, and luckily the pie was delicious. The staff was also nice to cut the pie for us. We had it for dinner with wine on the side. Might try their other dishes when we go back.

When the coffee was served I thought they mistook my order for hot chocolate - it was that thicc. But oh boy that was such an enjoyable cup. Went here for breakfast and it was delicious. Worth a second visit.

They serve good lemon pie. The lemon curd was thicker and curdier, not too gelatinous. It had a tartness and bitterness that you look for in lemon pies. There was good height on the meringue that wasn’t too sweet. The crust was flaky and crumbly. They set the bar high for lemon pies and should be given the name of lemon pie house in Sagada.
